"Embodied Resistance" is an art exhibition I developed as my capstone project for my Latin American Modernism course. This exhibition offers a critical analysis of the contributions of women of color to the modernist art movement, while exploring contemporary responses by female-identifying visual artists to the historical misrepresentation and marginalization of these women in art.
